 Security Systems Network Field Service Engineer or Technician

Securus, Inc., a division of Henry Bros. Electronics, Inc., (AMEX: HBE) supplies stand-alone and network based IP and analog closed circuit television (CCTV), access control, and integrated security systems to commercial, government, and military clients. We provide full system design, installation and 24 hour service.  HBE has been recognized as one of the top 25 system integrators in the country by SDM Magazine.  Securus has served all of Colorado from our offices in Denver and Colorado Springs for more then 37 years.

Securus has a current opening in our Denver office for a recently degreed electrical engineer or an experienced network savvy Integrated Security Systems Field Service Technician, that will be responsible for the repair, maintenance and upgrade of networked and stand alone Electronic Security Systems Installations at commercial sites and government facilities throughout Colorado. 

Candidates should have either:

• A recent Electrical Engineering Degree, or

• Multiple years of Networking Experience or training, preferably with a background in Electronic Security Repair and/or Installation, where your education, hobbies and past achievements reflect a long-standing interest and aptitude in these disciplines.  Ideal candidates will hold an Associates Degree or Technical School equivalent. Experience with GE Casi-Rusco Picture Perfect Systems HIGHLY desirable. 

Candidates must be highly motivated self-starters who possess a positive attitude with a sense of urgency, excellent oral and written communication skills, computer and network literacy, technical understanding of our industry and a willingness to learn.  Cisco or Microsoft certifications a real plus.  Candidate MUST hold or be able to pass a background check for a government security clearance.
